Updating your website

You can change the details on your own website from your phone or computer: your hours, phone number, prices, specials, photos and wording. Nothing goes live until you say so, and you can undo anything.

Signing in

  1. You'll get a text from us with a link. Tap it. It works once, for 2 minutes.
  2. You're in for 45 days on that phone or computer, as long as you use it at least every two weeks.
  3. Link expired? Open the editor at edit.yourdomain.com, enter your cell number and tap Text me a link. A new one arrives within a minute.
  4. On a phone, use your browser's Add to Home Screen and the editor gets its own icon, like an app.

Finding a spot

Making a change

  1. Tap what you want: Hours, Contact, Prices, a photo, or Wording on your pages for any headline or paragraph.
  2. Type the new version and tap Save. Your website on the right jumps to the page where that spot is, with your change outlined. It says Not live yet: customers can't see it.
  3. Change as many things as you like. They all collect in one list. Tap Remove next to one to take it back out, or Start over to clear them all.
  4. When it looks right, tap Make it live. Customers see it the next time they open the page.
    • Changing a price, discount or warranty asks you to confirm once more, because customers will be held to it.
  5. Changed your mind? Undo the last change puts the site back how it was.
